We offer refunds and/or returns within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, any refund and/or return of any type will be subject to evaluation by Academia das Talicas.
Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.
If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return it, send us an email to geral@academiadastalicas.pt and send the item to: Praceta Gomes Eanes de Azurara, 8A, 2745-784 Massamá-Sintra .
Goods Not Covered
The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:
Gift cards
Some health and personal care articles
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address Praceta Gomes Eanes de Azurara, 8A, 2745-784 Massamá-Sintra .
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. In other words, if postage has to be paid, at the time of return, we will only refund the value of the products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item (which is why we recommend shipping by registered CTT).

Changes, Withdrawals and Returns
In case of change or withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid, as long as it is communicated in writing to geral@academiadastalicas.pt , up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the class/course/workshop.
After this date, we do not accept changes or withdrawals, regardless of the reason given. We do not refund the amount paid for vouchers.
Absences and Compensations
In case of absence, you must notify us 48 hours in advance and by email to geral@academiadastalicas.pt .
In the case of face-to-face classes, a make-up class will only be scheduled if we have space in another class or time. This possibility is not guaranteed.
If there is a vacancy, it is only possible to schedule compensation for one absence per month and up to a maximum of the month following the date of the absence.
If not, you should speak to your trainer, who will do her best to make up for the material you missed in the next class.
In the case of online classes, it is not possible to make up for missed classes. Not all online classes will be recorded, and in cases where this recording occurs, the recording will be made available for viewing for 60 days.
If, due to the responsibility of Academia das Talicas, the class has to be cancelled, a compensation class will be scheduled on a day and time to be agreed and according to the availability of both parties.
